| To place your order at Bella Bridesmaid, there are two steps: 1. Each bridesmaid should fill out a Bridesmaid's Order Form. You can download these below. They will need to fill out the form in full (we do not accept incomplete forms), sign it, and fax or mail back to the appropriate Bella Bridesmaid store location. The Bridesmaid's Order Form serves as a contract between us and each individual bridesmaid, so we do need a hard copy with a signature. We cannot take orders over the phone. Please note that on the form we ask each bridesmaid to choose her own size based on comparing her measurements to the designer's size chart. Each designer's size chart is located on their individual websites. Please feel free to call us with any questions regarding the size charts. We're happy to advise, but the final decision is always made by the bridesmaid. Each bridesmaid should keep a copy of her form for her records. 2. After we've received a completed Bridesmaid's Order Form for every bridesmaid in the wedding party, we will e-mail a Final Contract to the bride. This contract lists each girl's style, size and color, and also is the only form to include the confirmed delivery date for the dresses. The bride should review the contract thoroughly, sign, and fax or mail back to the appropriate Bella Bridesmaid location. As this serves as your final order, any questions or concerns should be taken care of before the contract is signed. After we've received the signed Final Contract, the order is placed and all the credit cards charged in full. The dresses will then arrive according to the delivery date listed on the Final Contract. 3. Please note that any of your bridesmaids who are located near a Bella Bridesmaid boutique may call that store to ask for a "Courtesy Fitting". Each store's hours and availability may vary, so please call and inquire. Please note that selections of designers also vary from each store, so we may not have the dress for you to try on, but we can provide you with measurements. The bridesmaid will still need to fill out the order form and fax, email or snail mail it to the appropriate location where the entire order is being placed.
